* The voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable either in full or part for cash.
* Any unused credit will be forfeited.

* The voucher is valid for three (3) years and is not valid after the expiry date.
* Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be reissued.
* When making a reservation the voucher number must be quoted and the voucher presented at the time of check-in.
* Terms & Conditions of the room reservation depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the reservations team.
* Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, The Porter House Hotel Sydney will charge the recipient the difference.
